The Organic Chemistry Group (GEQOR) of the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry (RSEQ) celebrates its XXVII Biennial Meeting at Santiago de Compostela, from 20 to 22 June 2018. The meeting will be held at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), which is located in the historic center of the city, a few meters from the Cathedral.
The biennial conferences of the GEQOR have become emblematic events that show the vitality and the thrust of Spanish Organic Chemistry. Once again, pre- and postdoctoral students and young researchers will have a great opportunity to exchange views and discuss their most relevant findings. The Biennial Meeting in Organic Chemistry will have a panel of 5 plenary speakers and 12 invited speakers (including the awardees of the 2018 Félix Serratosa and Ignacio Ribas medals), all of them of great national and international prestige. The scientific program also includes a large number of oral and flash presentations as well as poster presentations.
We are convinced that you will enjoy the XXVII Biennial Meeting in Organic Chemistry. Santiago de Compostela is world renowned for its architecture, which, together with the hospitality and gastronomic charm of the city, will contribute to extending the atmosphere of cordiality and encounter that has characterized our Biennials since its inception.
The success of this meeting depends on your participation. We will be delighted to have your presence and wish you enjoy your stay in this incomparable city.
We look forward to seeing you in Santiago de Compostela!
